Eligible polish people from the EU have the opportunity to apply for EU pre settled status under the EU Settlement Scheme so they can remain in the UK after 30th June 2021. In order to apply for the EU Settlement Scheme polish candidates must be an eligible citizen from the EU, EEA or Switzerland and the process will involve providing proof of identity and residence in the UK, evidence that any non-EEA family members will need to join the applicant in the UK and a criminal record certificate.
