To get a Global Talent Visa, you must meet the criteria as specified by the UK government and be endorsed as an internationally recognised leader of talent.

Firstly, you must apply online for an endorsement before you apply for the visa.

Then, you'll need to provide the following documents as part of your visa application:

1. passport or other valid travel identification
2. proof that you meet the eligibility requirements
3. 2 passport-sized color photographs of yourself
4. tuberculosis test results, if you are from certain countries
5. evidence that you have paid the healthcare surcharge
6. criminal record certificate from any country you have lived in for the past 10 years, if applicable.

Once your visa application is approved, you will be issued a visa that allows you to stay in the UK for up to 5 years. You may be eligible to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain after you have been living in the UK for 3 or 5 years.
